Situated in a bustling urban area of Ho Chi Minh City, the office faced challenges typical of low-floor spaces, including limited outdoor views and indirect lighting. To counter these issues, the architects adopted a unique approach, focusing on creating an internal oasis of views and implementing a smart lighting system to enhance productivity and well-being.
The Core Concept
Central to the office design is “The Core,” a communal space housing key features such as the reception area, construction desk, gallery hall, and printing rooms. This central hub fosters a sense of togetherness and collaboration, with working desk sections strategically positioned to overlook The Core, reinforcing the spirit of teamwork.
