A Fusion of Nature and Office Space
The concept of an “outdoor office” emerged from a shared passion for greenery and natural light between the client and MIA Design Studio. In a rapidly urbanizing environment where green spaces are diminishing, the project seeks to counterbalance this trend by bringing nature into the workplace.
Urban Challenges
Vietnam’s urban areas face challenges of diminishing green spaces due to rapid economic development and the proliferation of high-rise buildings. Mr.Green’s Office challenges this trend by reimagining the traditional office space as a vibrant oasis amidst the concrete jungle.
Design Philosophy
The office building, spanning multiple floors, integrates green elements seamlessly into its design. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a reception area adorned with a small bonsai garden, symbolizing hospitality and natural warmth. Metal tones contrast elegantly with the lush greenery, creating a harmonious blend of authenticity and modernity.
The Outdoor Lounge Garden
As visitors proceed deeper into the office, they are enveloped by the “outdoor lounge garden,” blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. This garden not only offers privacy but also regulates light, reducing glare and fostering a tranquil atmosphere conducive to productivity and relaxation.
